OWNER'S COMMENTS: As soon as I entered this property I was greeted with one of the finest parquet floors that I have ever seen and I was smitten. We have re-done much of the property in the 3 years we have owned it, but the floor just had to stay. Once we moved in, we discovered that the seafront is just 8 minutes' walk from the front door and I go there pretty much every day. Having now made the garden space a perfect oasis, I am saddened with the prospect of having to leave, however, a work related move brings new and exiting challenges to look forward to and we hope that you will enjoy making this your home as much as we did.
