90 Day Challenge Terms & Conditions 2025
To Qualify, the property must:
Be instructed during the qualifying period which starts on 1st Jan 2025 and ends no later than 28th Feb 2025.
Be instructed on a Sole Selling Rights Agency Instruction.
A copy of these terms and conditions will be supplied, duly completed and signed by a team member of Clarkes Estates where a 90 Day Challenge has been offered and accepted.
The 50% reduction is based upon our normal fee of 1.5% +VAT, or where applicable, a minimum fee of £3000+VAT. This means that under the 90-day challenge, fees will be reduced to no less than 0.75%+VAT and will always be subject to a minimum fee of £1500+VAT.
The 90 Day marketing period commences when the seller returns written approval of the Sales Particulars for the property. This is the “Commencement Date”
The date that the viewing occurs will be the “Trigger” date for the subsequent sale. Where this Trigger date is 91 Calendar Days or more after the Commencement Date, the 90 Day Challenge Discount will apply.
