OUR COMMENTS: Built by Croudace Homes in 2016 and still covered by the builders warranty, is this beautifully presented 3 bedroom semi-detached home, located on a private estate just a few minutes walk from the village centre.
The accommodation comprises entrance hall, lounge (with fitted window shutters that will remain), inner hall creating a feeling of space and access to the downstairs WC and a large kitchen/diner. Upstairs the master bedroom is fitted with a very large mirror fronted built- in wardrobe and ensuite with an oversized shower, a second double bedroom, a single bedroom and the main family bathroom.
Outside is off road parking for 2 vehicles on a brick laid drive which leads up to a car port (now enclosed by double doors) and parking for a 3rd vehicle. A paved path screened by foliage leads to an external storm porch protecting the doorway.
